Cameras never worked.
"We have two of these cameras. Neither ever worked. Due to construction delays we didn't have a chance to set up these cameras until they were out of warranty, Both are bricked. Customer service says we have to replace them because they are out of warranty, despite the fact they have never been used. NEVER buy products from Lorex. They don't stand behind their products and have no empathy for customers."

This is one of the
"This is one of the best Lorex cameras that I have gotten so far. Field of vision is amazing Clarity is real good. Picks up a good distance away for notification if you need it to."

Not 4k
"This camera claims to be 4K, but the quality does not come close. I have a 2K floodlight camera that produces much clearer and sharper footage than this one. The resolution on this camera feels misleading and doesn’t reflect true 4K performance. The motion detection and recording are also very disappointing. It often records for only 2 seconds even when there is still movement or someone clearly at my door. In contrast, my other cameras continue recording for at least a minute or more under the same conditions. It also frequently fails to detect people walking by, despite being set to the highest sensitivity. Playback is another major issue. When trying to view recordings from earlier in the day or the previous day, the video constantly cuts out every second, making it nearly unusable. None of my other cameras have this problem. There is also a noticeable delay with notifications and live view. By the time I receive an alert and open the camera, the person is already gone, which defeats the purpose of real-time monitoring. The only positives I can mention are the wide field of view and the good microphone quality. Overall, this camera has been very frustrating to use and does not perform as advertised."

Easy to setup and great
"Easy to setup and great video quality. I replaced a Lorex PTZ WiFi camera that didn't hold up well in summer heat. I hope this one lasts longer. I like the coverage this camera gives me from the same location without having to PTZ to see everything."

I have two 4K dual
"I have two 4K dual lens cameras and I live on a very busy corner lot . We feel the deterrent lights keep unwanted people thinking before doing anything . I love the clarity of the recordings . 👍👍👍"

Great camera. Looks and sounds
"Great camera. Looks and sounds great. Performance is great on both 2. 4 and 5GHz. Device is light enough but is built plenty well. Setup tip, I was using a WiFi network with wpa3 security and could not get it to connect. Changed to WPA2 and it connected. Hopefully a firmware update can resolve. The camera was shipped and delivered within 48hrs."

What a nightmare! Had pro
"What a nightmare! Had pro installer here couldn’t get to pair. Needed to reset, but panel where need to reset screws stripped. Lorex sent replacement. EXACT same defect. Lorex refusing to replace. Had to purchase another, and continuing to argue that it’s under warranty!! Hours on phone calls and emails. Stupid policies for what should be easy exchange."

Appreciate the dual lens but
"Appreciate the dual lens but the seam to combine both camera's is very visible at night but is because of light in different directions, picture is great."

Amazed at the wide angle
"Amazed at the wide angle lenses used. Especially in 4K. The images at night in the dark are crisp, clear and in color. ."
