Lorex Rewards is our customer loyalty program designed to thank you for shopping with us. Members earn points on purchases and select activities, which can be redeemed to save on future orders.

Joining Lorex Rewards is easy—and completely free! Just create an account at Lorex.com to get started. If you've already made a purchase, be sure to use the same email address when signing up so your points can be retroactively applied to any eligible purchases made within the past year.

You can earn points by:  

• Making purchases (1 point per $1 spent)  
• Creating a Lorex.com account  
• Following us on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)  
• Signing up for emails and SMS  
• Leaving a review or uploading a photo/video  
• Completing select surveys or activities (e.g., birthday or anniversary reward)  

Some actions may have limits per customer. Check your Lorex Rewards dashboard for current opportunities.

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 USD spent on online purchases. 100 points = $1 in rewards toward future purchases.

You can view your current Lorex Rewards point balance by logging into your Lorex account.  

If you don’t see your points right away, don’t worry — they’re added once your order is fulfilled, which may take up to 30 days after delivery. Points may also be retroactively applied for purchases made within the last year from the time you joined the program.  

Note: Purchases made using store credit or gift cards are not eligible for points. If you believe points are missing, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

Points can be redeemed during checkout for discounts on Lorex.ca purchases.

Yes — Lorex Rewards points expire 365 days after they are earned. Make sure to use your points within one year to take full advantage of your rewards.  

No — Lorex Rewards points can only be earned and redeemed on purchases made directly through Lorex.ca. Orders from third-party retailers or resellers are not eligible.  

Invite your friends and family to shop Lorex! They’ll get 10% off their first order of $100+, and you’ll receive 2,000 points ($20 value) when they use your coupon to complete their first purchase.  

Most products are eligible, but exclusions may apply on certain promotional or pre-order items. Full details are available in your rewards dashboard at checkout.

To redeem your Lorex Rewards points, you need to log in directly to your Lorex account using your registered email and password. Logging in through Shop Pay won’t connect to your Lorex Rewards account.
