Absolutely horrible product and experience

"Wish I could give this product negative stars. Absolutely abysmal. First unit we received was a dud, received the replacement unit yesterday, and encountering the exact same issue. Impossible to complete the setup and connection process, even with the app fully updated, sufficient power and very strong internet in the house. Spent multiple hours troubleshooting shooting with support, nothing has worked. Avoid this product like the black plague. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The worst experience, everything else in our brand new house works perfectly with the exception of BOTH doorbell cameras. Go look absolutely anywhere else for a doorbell camera solution."
