"When I received the box, the one item, BNC Male/RCA Female, was open from the plastic bag. Three of the BNC plugs was rolling inside the box. The one BNC plug was still in the ripped plastic bag. Is this a return item that you sent me? Three of the BNC plugs are of the same height. The four plug is shorter than the other three."
