  7. HDMI output supports 4K HD for high definition multi-channel live or recorded video viewing. Image quality and resolution is dependent on the type of camera connected to the NVR, as well as TV/monitor resolution.

Pre-recording is available only when using Motion Detection and can be viewed exclusively during local playback. This feature is not supported for Smart Motion Detection (SMD), continuous recording, or through the Lorex app or cloud services. The duration of the pre-recorded footage may vary based on the recorder available cache memory at the time the event was detected, up to a maximum time set by the user.

Good, but response time lags.

"The instructions to set up were lacking. I already had 4 Lorex wi-fi cameras operating on my network. I had to start digging through the main menu system to enter passwords etc. to get the recorder to recognize the cameras. Eventually had to reboot every camera. When the camera notifications go off , there is a lag in time. When I look at my monitor, the event has already passed, and I have to pull up the event in the event history. As an example, when my driveway camera alerts to motion and I look at the monitor, my wife has already driven her car into the garage. Also, for some reason it is not recording events from my doorbell camera in the event history. If I use my phone app to view my doorbell camera, the event history is there, but not on the recorder. I am still trying to figure this out."
