Great quality product, poor customer service

"We had a Lorax system for nearly 6 years and wanted to update some cameras. However when we purchased additional ones, we learned they were not compatible with our NVR after buying them and installing them. I contacted Lorax and asked if there was a way to upgrade our system and the gentleman’s response was not kind. He practically laughed at me and said the electronics were outdated. After returning the new cameras and trying another camera system, we returned to Lorax, based on the quality of the cameras, not the service. After purchasing a new, updated system, I learned about the upgrade coupon so I was not given that discount upon purchase, which is upsetting."

Taking off the lens cap

"Taking off the lens cap to adjust lens position is a little bother. Once set, it is good that nobody can move it without taking the time to try to reposition it. Also when positioning the camera lens is a little trick, Have to be careful not to damage camera. But overall, it has a great view and works as advertised."
