Bad experience but customer service good

"I bought Lorex with 24 cameras, get ready to install. . . there's no wire cable, missing 24 of them. Call customer service, after 2 days the response was it is not come with wire I have to buy supperat. Camera the required wire but doesn't come with the wire. Just make sure you dont make same mistake. I can't find anywhere in the web that say no wire. I think they should try to at least make sure we know before we buy. Waste my time and energy."
