Don't buy any Lorex Product. Horrible technical support !!!!!
"I bought a new Lorex Elite Series NVR N884A64B to replace my old one, and I haven't been able to get three PTZ cameras, LNZ44P4B, to display in multiple views on the second stream. I called customer service (ticket number ****666379), but they couldn't resolve the problem. After several calls, they escalated it to a higher level, saying someone would call me back, but I've been waiting 3 weeks for a return call and a solution to the problem with the second stream on these cameras. Every time I call, they tell me the same thing—that they'll call me back—but they never do. My problem remains unresolved. The customer service is terrible. If you're thinking of buying an NVR, consider Reolink, Night Owl, or another brand before buying from Lorex. If you have any technical issues, it will take months to resolve them, or you may never get them resolved."
