"My business with Lorex 2k NVR outdoor security camera system is a very pleasant experience. We purchased a set of this system last year and this system worked well until recently some defects appeared. I contacted Lorex company to solve the issue and replace the defected camera. The customer service staff responded my request quickly, and worked with the technical department and extend protection department to refund us！The extend protection department even thoughtfully recommended us another new system with lower price as replacement. I then followed their suggestion and ordered a new system. Regarding the current business environment, Lorex maintains a very high level of service by placing customer’s benefit as priority."

"This is the second purchase from Lorex. The first order was purchased at Costco, the box sat on a shelf unopened for a while. When I did the install one of the cameras did not work, upon further investigation, you could see that during assembly the LAN cable got pinched in the housing causing the camera to fail. Lorex did NOT honor the warranty. Even though I had all of the original packaging and a time and date from the install of the product. Poor customer service. Next time Im going with a different company, and you should too!"

What is required to set these up? We have no internet or cell phone at our camp. Secondly these record to the box that holds a sd card correct?
You just need to plug the box into power all the time, and also connect a monitor and mouse to access the live stream whenever you want, and then pair the cameras and charge them when needed.
My Lorex 2K 32GB NVR System came with 4 Outdoor Battery Security Cameras, Model U424AA. How do I deactivate the warning light to prevent it from coming on at all? There is a "light icon" on the screen image in the Lorex Cirrus App which allows you to toggle the light on and off, but it does not stay off permanently. Thanks for your assistance.

Does this only come with SD cards with the camera or can I add a hard drive to the NVR to store footage?
No micro SD card can be installed in the cameras, the one included in the NVR can be expandable up to 128 GB (External storage), and for internal storage, it can be up to 1 TB, 2.5" SATA hard disk.
I don´t remember the password for the DVR user, I changed my networking and now I can´t have acces from my cellphone. I need to reset my DVR (model L4248)

I have the Lorex 2K 32GB NVR System with 4 Outdoor Battery Security Cameras. Is there a way to monitor or view event footage when I receive a notification away from home? I can see the cameras locally on my Mobile device, but when I leave and am not at home, it will not let me view the event footage. I have the wireless doorbell camera and can view that footage OK, but not the other cameras.
