What a nightmare, cameras were

"What a nightmare, cameras were not compatible with the existing dvr, despite of the advice of the sales person, the cameras damaged my existing dvr, So I returned the c ameras, but still waiting from my refund . and I have to buy a new dvr which came effective by the way. This experience have not been good as the first one in 2015 when I bought the first Lorex system"

I purchased these wireless cameras

"I purchased these wireless cameras to add on to a current Lorex system that I had just for some extra security coverage and I will tell you that these cameras are easy to install and the set-up with my current system was very simple. For my application I couldn't hide the camera wires like my wired cameras since my wired cameras were installed during construction however they do provide the solution to my needs which was extra coverage, I wish the wifi coverage was a little stronger but overall a great product."

I used other camera systems

"I used other camera systems and they worked good also. The difference is the customer support I receive from Lorex. Their very patient and continue until the problem is completely solved. I really appreciate that. And would definitely refer Lorex to my friends, family and business associates. B. West"

"I replaced some old wired cameras with Lorex wireless cameras and they are working great even in a storage yard constructed mostly of sheet metal."

"Needed a camera at the front door. We had a rash of soliciting, some of which was disturbing, so we added this camera on the advice of the technical support experts at LOREX. Once installed, it has been very reliable and the clarity and color is perfect! This has reduced our stress level and added to our sense of security. Thank you LOREX!!"

I had older Lorex cameras

"I had older Lorex cameras and these appear much better. The image is very sharp but wish they were in color and not just black and white. Time will tell how they hold up in the heat here....the old ones did not hold up when in the sun."

I purchased 2 of these

"I purchased 2 of these LW3211 cameras front OnPoint Surveillance through Amazon.com. The night vision on these was defective. Not working properly. They only thing visibility at night was a spot about 5ft wide. OnPoint Surveillance charge a 15% return fee as well as $10 return shipping after telling me there would be no charges. I was only gave partial charge. Also they said they were low quality cameras. I think they are great cameras overall but these 2 had problems with night vision."

Wireless makes mounting easier and

"Wireless makes mounting easier and opens up your choices re mounting location. I found no interference between the three LW3211 cameras and the local wi fi. Wireless range is super, much better than expected, even with a few wood and plaster walls and one stucco wall. Sync and DVR connection was simple. Camera transmitter and receivers were synced when they arrived and then connection with the DVR was painless. Instructions are sufficient and super simple. Image quality is acceptable, but it?s unfortunate they don?t have wireless cameras with HD image quality like the 4 other Lorex cameras we installed. Image quality at night is poorer and the IR illuminator only covers a small portion (30% ?) of the field of view. Everything else in the field of view is dark and useless. This was confirmed by aiming the camera at the ground instead of the back yard. The design of the mount on this camera is poor. Ceiling mounting and pointing is Ok and easy, but when wall mounted it?s almost impossible to get it aimed where you want it. The mount only allows motion in one direction (horizontal or vertical, or a diagonal). The other cameras (dome and bullet) were super easy to aim exactly where needed."
