Works great!

"I installed two of them that keeps the batteries fully charged even on the overcast days."

David S. (5/5)

An excellent upgrade

"The solar panel provides power to the camera batteries on even fully clouded days, which bus great because it prevents me from having to get the ladder out to pull & charge batteries. Absolutely worth the cost. Super simple to mount, and as easy to wire as plugging your phone charge cord into your phone."

James H. (5/5)

So far, so good.

"So far so good, it keeps the camera over my garage charged near 100% regularly."

Jonathan A. (5/5)

Solar panel

"One of solar panels gets sun, but apparently not enough to keep the battery charged."

Shelly C. (3/5)

Working good

"I've got two of these panels set up with U471AA cameras, and they are keeping the batteries charged at 100% even on cloudy days. The panels have unobstructed southern exposure to the sun, so that's not a problem. I live in Michigan, so I'm curious to see how these work once the temperature drops into teens and twenties."

William O. (5/5)

Quality unit

"Seems to be a good quality unit, but I did have trouble tightening it firmly in-place. A place to hang the cord excess would also have been handy; I used zip-ties."

Q&A

When will you have this available? It have been sold out since last year
You can contact our sales team; they will be happy to help you verify solar panel availability. Sales Support: 1-888-425-6739
The solar panel is facing a bright sun but the LED is red and does not seem to be charging the camera. it is plugged in securely to the camera. Is the solar panel defective? It is about 6 months old. It worked fine initially.
If you can see a flashing red led on the front of the camera, it means that the camera is powered on but disconnected from the main hub or network, so please try to repair the camera to the hub, if possible, with the camera next to the hub.
