Great quality product physically. However,

"Great quality product physically. However, each camera connected to the NVR has the listed time 4 hours behind even though the time in NVR settings is correct. This is why I took off one star. I took off another star because I called support and they did not know how to resolve the issue either. I had to plug the cameras into my router directly instead of the NVR and then add them to the NVR wirelessly. If I connect them back directly to the NVR the cameras immediately go back to 4 hours behind the NVR’s set time (Americas. New York. ). I’ve reset the cameras multiple times, enrolled them with the phone app instead of the NVR first, and then connected to NVR after, issues persist unless I do not hard wire to the NVR."

My experience with Lorex systems

"So first off, not my first NVR WiFi system . I have used many other self contained surveillance systems with no subscription. I decided to give Lorex Fusion a try. Pros are solid stream with little no interference fairly simple to get started and connected with little to no experience. Negatives are the WiFi is passed tru from your WiFi router instead of straight to the NVR witch means recorder will not function with WiFi cameras unless coupled with a WiFi router. Second big negative to me has been missing controls found in one app but not the other like the motion tracking button found on the phone app when you direct connect to the camera but not in the actual NVR recorder Receiver controls which should be the main Hub. I believe all features should be available There if the camera has them. That’s the point of having a control box with a receiver. Other than those complaints has been a pretty solid stand alone system."

Sent back bad camera system

"I sent it back because every time I turned off monitor I had to put password in and I had to do that 3 to 4 times because it said wrong pass word but I had it wrote down so I know I put pass word in right way , you need to fix that. Setting up took 3 to 4 hours with help from Lorex tech support. I bought a Lorex 4 camera system in 2009 and it still works no pass word problem , I wanted better night vision the only problem I had , so I will try a different brand of camera's ."
