2k wireless video doorbell no w/T-Mobile

"DO NOT get the wireless video doorbell if you have T-Mobile. Lorex cannot figure out to get them to work on a T-Mobile internet. Lorex said this was also an issue with Starlink, but they say that has been worked out. Poor customer service. Thousands spent on a security system but can’t use a video doorbell with it. There should be a disclaimer on the product on their website, but there isn’t. So hopefully this will help inform before you buy."

Does not currently work with Lorex Classic

"Lorex has been my go-to. I have tremendous faith in their products as it has served well for my whole home system. Every camera and system I’ve purchased has gone beyond expectation. Unfortunately this chime does not work with the updated app (now Lorex Classic), so adding it to the system is currently not possible. Have submitted an issue to Lorex for potential remedy, otherwise may be the first return I’ve ever had to submit."

Struggled to connect to wi-fi

"Struggled to connect to wi-fi. Said "connected" but was not. After a few frustrating hours I finally figured out that my password set to WPA2 was the issue, this Chimebox uses an old chip and could only connect if I downgrade password security to WPA. No help online pointed that out, device and app didn't point out, and all other Lorex products could use WPA2. Was pretty frustrating. Otherwise, works well after that struggle was complete."

I want a doorbell chime that will work with my 2K and 4K lorex doorbell camera's. Will this one work for me?
Yes, this WiFi chimebox is compatible with all of our doorbells.
Why doesn’t the Wi-Fi chime support the lshsc
They are not compatible with each other, the WiFi chime is only compatible with lorex doorbells.
