"Disappointing — Resolution doesn't match the 4K claim These are advertised as 4K, but the actual image clarity falls short of even my existing 1080p cameras — details are soft, and the difference is easy to spot side by side. I purchased 8 units for a full setup and regret the decision. If clarity matters to you, I'd steer clear of this model and look elsewhere."

"LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOREX REP/CUSTOMER SERVICE. MRS Diana Ferreira HAS TO BE THE BEST EVER. EVERY TIME I CALL SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS TO EVERYTHING. AND IF SHE DONT HAVE THE ANSWER SHE WILL MAKE A CALL TO MAKE SURE MY QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED. HOW CAN YOU ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT. The clarity is outstanding. Night

"The clarity is outstanding. Night vision is much better than the older Lorex DVR I replaced. The Lorex sales team gave me a sale price that came out shortly after my purchase. One camera seems to be triggering motion when there wasn't any but I'm still evaluating my settings,though I have experience with the software. I've had other priorities."
