This system combines eight top-of-the-line IP security cameras and a powerful 16-channel N861 Network Video Recorder (NVR). These cameras both feature 4K recording resolution, the longest color night vision ranges available, and extreme weather performance. Each type of camera also adds something extra. The four E891AB security cameras, for example, feature Smart Active Deterrence, while the four LNB8963B security cameras use a motorized zoom lens that allows you to adjust the camera's field of view to suit your monitoring needs. 4K security monitoring
At the center of each security camera is a cutting edge 8MP image sensor. This sensor is capable of recording 4K video, which is especially important for security camera footage. 4K footage will ultimately provide you with the best chance to capture useable evidence should an incident ever occur.
Over 8 million pixels
Your 4K resolution security cameras record at a pixel ratio of 3840 x 2160 for a total of 8,294,400 pixels - about four times the amount of a standard 1080p security camera. This higher number of pixels means sharper video and better digital enhancing. So smaller details and distinct features, such as facial features, will stay sharper for longer as you digitally zoom in further and further into the image.
Infrared Night Vision
Say goodbye to grainy nighttime video for good. Your security cameras are equipped with powerful LED bulbs that emit infrared light in the camera's field of view. Invisible to the naked eye, but not to the camera, this infrared lighting will allow your security camera to see in complete darkness.
Color Night Vision (CNV™)
For an added level of nighttime protection, your security cameras can also capture color footage, thanks to our state-of-the art Color Night Vision (CNV) technology. CNV brings extra details to light, such as the color of a car, a person's clothes, and also provides better contrast for enhanced detection.
Person and vehicle smart motion detection
This system supports general motion detection from all cameras and will send push notification to your Lorex app. However, the E891AB cameras come with advanced person and vehicle detection that helps identify more important objects that enter the camera's field of view. Thanks to this innovative feature, you will only get a push notification to your Lorex app whenever a person or vehicle is detected by the E891AB cameras on your property which effectively reduces the number of unwanted false alerts caused by moving branches or animals. All recorded motion alerts can easily be reviewed by using the Smart Search function in the Lorex mobile app.
4× optical zoom security camera
The four LNB8963B IP security cameras include a unique zoom lens, otherwise known as a motorized varifocal lens, that enables remote customization of your viewing area (and focus). Focus on a small area in astonishing detail thanks to the 4× optical zoom or survey a larger scene for maximum coverage. These adjustments can be easily made with your Lorex NVR or through our free mobile apps.
Stop trespassers in their tracks with Smart Deterrence
Super bright LEDs, a remotely triggered siren, and two-way audio make the four E891AB security cameras an extremely valuable asset to your IP security system. For example, the LED lights can be customized to always be on or triggered by motion. The remote-triggered siren is also designed to stop trespassers right in their tracks. When motion is detected within the sensor range, the system sends an alert to your Lorex app, allowing you to remotely access the camera and set off a loud siren to deter crime.
Listen-in Audio and Two-Way Talk
The E891AB cameras have a built-in speaker and microphone that allows for crystal-clear audio functionality. Listen-in audio recording will add a whole new dimension to your overall security monitoring, as it can provide additional details (like a voice) should an incident occur. They also have a speaker that allows you to communicate with others through the camera using the Lorex app. *
