"Evidently the adapter sold with our camera system never worked properly and we finally replaced it with this one. It worked wonderfully for four months then it quit working at all. It was connected through a surge protector so I?m not sure why it quit working so soon. I have to repurchase it however because it?s the only one that works with my cameras."
