We'll send out a confirmation email to you with the one-time-use discount code. It may take up to two business days for you to receive the code.

STEP 3

Shop for a new Lorex product.

Use the voucher code to shop for a new product on Lorex.com and get a 10% discount. Upgrade your existing security system, and protect what matters to you.

STEP 4

Check your doorstep for your new Lorex device.

Now, all you have to do is sit and wait for your new Lorex product to arrive. You may also want to start looking for an excellent spot for your new Lorex device.

1. General

The Terms and Conditions for The Lorex Upgrade Program are supplemental to and subject to the Terms of Use of the Lorex website. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in the Terms and Conditions will have the meanings outlined in the Terms of Use.

The purpose of The Lorex Upgrade Program (the “Program”) is to allow you to upgrade your old and out-of-warranty security system and save an additional 10% on your next purchase of a new Lorex device on our website. When we say “we,” “us,” or “Lorex,” it means Lorex Technology, Inc., and when we say “you,” it means you, our customer, the person bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth here and by Lorex’s Terms of Use.

By participating in the Program, you agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions which we reserve the right to modify from time to time in our sole discretion. Any and all modifications are effective immediately when we post them and apply to any and all activities under the Program. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of revised terms and conditions means that you accept and agree to the modifications. By participating in this program you are agreeing to these terms and condtions.

For purposes such as efficiently administering the Program, Lorex will collect your data, including your personal information (i.e., name, email address, and phone number). Lorex respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change or cancel the Program in our sole discretion. Any and all modifications are effective immediately when we post them.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible in the Program, you must be a resident of the United States or Canada. To verify ownership of your device, you must send two photos showing (1) the front of your device and (2) the serial number.

3. Determining the Value of Your Device

We will assess your old device's value by carefully evaluating the photos you attached with your application. If eligible, you will get a 10% discount on top of any marked-down items on the Lorex website.

4. Using the Voucher Code

The voucher code has no cash value and must be used to purchase a new Lorex product on Lorex.com. The voucher code expires on December 31st, 2025. These terms and conditions are effective March 24, 2021.
