"I replaced my q-see camera system with lorex. This is the second lorex system I purchase for 2 different properties. Installation is very simple just plug and play. The cameras have great picture. Called customer service with questions regarding being able to see both locations from one app, they walked me through the phone and the computer apps. Was able to get both locations on the phone app and have 2 different apps on my laptop. The app on my phone allows me access to the properties anytime using one app with clear and easy access. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend any one who wants easy installation, great customer service with a lorex camera system."

"I purchased the 4KHDIP3316 for my new home. Installation was fairly straightforward. During the framing stage I ran the cat 5 wire to all the predetermined camera locations and ran the other ends into a centralized location. Once the home was approaching completion, I mounted all the cameras. Then I mounted the dvr in the centralized location and plugged all the cameras in. Download the app and scan the code on the dvr and bam your up and running. Pretty easy, thanks Lorex."

"I bought a 4K Ultra HD IP NVR 16 camera 4K 8MP Color Camera Day and Night system and i installed it just over a year ago and I still love looking at the cameras on the monitor screen. With a 4K monitor everything is so clear and pristine both day and night. When an individual camera is brought up or pops up full screen in motion detection mode it is literally like looking out clean picture window as to what is going on outside. We hooked it up to monitors in the office, the living room above the big screen AND to the big screen for en even larger view if wanted and to a monitor/tv in the master bedroom. The system itself was very easy to install and get up and running, all of the cables are inside the walls and attic area and only the cameras are visible outside but are out of reach of of being disabled easily. Using the 32 total camera expansion P.O.E. box makes it even better, we have cameras in our shop, as well as on all sides of it outdoors and we put one in the 8x8 dog house to monitor them and their heat/AC unit filter minder ect; They watch out for us and we watch out for them. I have since ordered two more systems from Lorex Technology because of the super high quality and friendly service we always receive when we deal with them. All of the equipment we have purchased is of high quality and reliability. My intensions are to next change out the outside cameras to the new manual zoom/Auto focus color cameras for the IP NVR system. I know when we purchase items from LOREX, we are going to get the right product and a great support team as we have for over a year now."

"I just completed the installation of my camera system today and I am very pleased with the picture quality. I am having trouble with the live view on my I-pad. However, my internet service is not very good, so I can not blame it on Lorex. I do wish the icons had callout's to tell what they are because I am not familiar with them."
