"I was sent a used unit at first and customer service was useless. They finally admitted it was not new and sent me another one. NVR drive is annoyingly loud. Customer service was useless. On top of that the NVR drive is annoyingly loud. Don’t buy this system."

"Camera can't apparently be continuously monitored through a minimized app. I don't know this for sure because Lorex doesn't have a tech support chat or email. You have to call them on the phone during bank hours like it's 1982. Wouldn't have bought this if I knew just how behind the times they are. Sales you can reach by email, no problem. But if you need tech support, you have to take time off work to make a call."

how do i scan the info into my phone?
You have to log in to the lorex home application, press the plus sign to add the device, and then scan the QR code found on the camera itself.
