Lorex Connect Cloud+ backs up smart motion event recordings from compatible Lorex Connect cameras to the cloud. This gives you another way to access important footage, even if the camera goes offline or its SD card is removed.
Visit the Lorex Cloud web portal and sign in using the same email, password, and region as your Lorex Connect app account. Select the cameras you want to cover, choose a plan, and complete checkout.
Lorex Connect Cloud+ securely stores smart motion event clips, making it easy to review important activity without searching through hours of footage. When your camera detects a supported event, the clip is automatically backed up to the cloud.
Cloud recordings are viewed in the Lorex Connect app. Open the camera, select Playback, and tap the cloud icon to switch to cloud recordings.
Subscriptions purchased through the Lorex Cloud web portal are managed through the web portal. From My Subscriptions, you can add or remove cameras, update your payment information, or cancel your plan.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
No. Lorex Connect Cloud+ and the Classic Cloud Plan are separate services. Lorex Connect Cloud+ works with compatible devices in the Lorex Connect app, while the Classic Cloud Plan supports devices that use the Lorex Classic app. Subscriptions cannot be shared between the two services.
Yes, but only if you do not delete the device from your account.
As long as the camera remains linked to your original account, you will still be able to access all cloud recordings captured up until the time it was taken—even if the camera is reset and paired with a new account.
Important Note: If you remove or delete the camera from your account, you will permanently lose access to those historical cloud recordings.
