"I have used Lorex before which is why I came back to get the Fusion system. I wanted the ability to have wireless indoor cameras and POE outdoor cameras for my new house. Easy installation

"Easy to set up and easy to add wireless cameras. Not all camera settings are available through the nvr part of the Lorex app but you can also add them separately in the app to control full functionality. The web access of the nvr is nice too but I never was able to find a manual or guide. The ptz cameras work very well but you can hear the gear sounds in the recordings. The auto tracking works better than I expected. The stationary cameras work very well also"

"I had hard time with hooking it up to my hidden network. When it doesn’t have problem connecting to internet it works fine but it struggles sometimes with connectivity."

"Cameras randomly go off line and sometimes I'm unable to use the intercom function. Also when I get an alert and enter via the link I frequently get an error message and have to go back and access through the primary app."

Confusing and cumbersome wifi setup

"Systems seems to work fine, but there could be much easier instructions for the casual home security installer. The WiFi setup option didn’t work on the NVR (even when following instructions), so I used the “fusion” by connecting to the NVR, then to each existing camera on my wifi network. Quite a chore, but runs smoothly once setup. Still have to keep my cameras connected via typical WiFi setup to ensure firmware status is visible and to access other features of the camera (the cloud access has other features available but not some of those obvious - at least they were visible to me on the cloud interface)"
