I purchased a 16 camera
"I purchased a 16 camera digital system. 15 of the cameras worked fine, but one of them could not be recognized by the DVR and therefore does not work. I asked Lorex for a replacement and they refused because I was one day past the 30 day return window. Therefore, I had to buy another camera (this one) to replace the defective one. I don't understand their policy because I purchased a 2 year additional policy ($150. 00). Their support is very hard to work with."
