"If there was a selection for zero stars, I would give it. The customer service I received ranks amongst the worst I've every experienced. Here is a list of all the issues I experienced from you. Though I like the product, I would never recommend your company to anyone and will make it known. 1. You lost my first request for a replacement. I'm not upset that one of the lightbulbs didn't work. That happens but after I called support for the first time, you guys did absolutely nothing about it until I called you a week later. 2. Your support rep on the 2nd call said it would be 48 hours before I would hear back on the warranty. It took several more days than that. 3. My third call, I was once again told that it would be another 48 hours before I heard back. When I asked to speak to a manager, none were available and I was told that someone would call me back. 4. Your company sent me two emails saying that you attempted to contact me but there was no calls, and nothing in my call logs. YOU ACTUALLY LIED in your emails. TWICE. Either that, or you are too incompotent to dial my phone number correctly -- especially after I responded with it and you included it correctly in your lying email. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I can't express how disappointed I am in the lack of service I received from your company. I guarantee it will be the last time. You need to hire a consultant to review your customer service processes because they are the WORST I've ever experienced. I don't know how you stay in business."

"Not good quality. When camera starts recording there is green screen that blocks the visual that happens along with the recording. I’ve tried reaching out to support and no answers. Do not recommend."

Unacceptable Permanent Watermark

"Avoid this camera. It permanently stamps the LOREX logo on every recording, and there is no way to remove it. This is unacceptable for a security camera that customers pay for. Other brands allow users to disable watermarks, but Lorex does not. This feels more like free advertising than a premium product. I returned it and would not buy another Lorex camera unless this issue is fixed."

"I installed two. I avoided wireless because my home has very thick timbers and I could never get decent reception to my NVR, but this model's signal is quite strong and works well. Tracking and night vision are superb. Sharp. Reliable with zero "no response" fails. Easily the best LOREX I've ever purchased and I've purchased a couple dozen over the years."

"It is so convenient because you can easily install into any light making it extremely suitable for placement, but I do not receive any notifications from the light bulb camera on the app. But the bigger problem is it does not record anything so I cannot Play back recordings."
