Lorex Consumer Survey Raffle Promotion

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THESE ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) FOR THE LOREX CONSUMER SURVEY RAFFLE PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”). BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

• The Promotion is sponsored by Lorex Technology Inc., 250 Royal Crest Court, Markham, ON L3R 3S1, Canada (“Sponsor”).
• Open to survey recipients aged eighteen (18) years or older with a valid U.S. or Canadian shipping address.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible.

 

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

• The promotion begins on Friday, August 22, 2025, and ends on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST 
• Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
• Entries received after the deadline will not be counted.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER

• Entrants must complete and submit the official survey via the unique link provided in the email invitation during the Promotion Period.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
• By submitting a valid survey response, participants are automatically entered into the raffle.

 

4. PRIZES

A total of three (3) winners will be randomly selected.

Each winner will receive one (1) Lorex Lightbulb Camera SL300 (2-Pack).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

 

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

• Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.
• Winners will be notified via the email address used to submit the survey.
• Each winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

6. PRIZE CLAIMS

• Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including valid government-issued identification.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with verification requirements.
• Prizes will be shipped within 30 days of winner confirmation.

 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name (first name and last initial) for winner announcements, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at its sole discretion in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control that impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
• Sponsor’s decisions on all matters related to this Promotion are final and binding.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.

 

9. CHOICE OF LAW

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All proceedings shall take place in Toronto, Ontario.

 

10. PRIVACY NOTICE

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Lorex Privacy Policy.
